Good value, nice hotel, comfy bed, nice staff, early check-in.

As a frequent traveler to Vienna, I always choose this hotel. The rooms may be small, but the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet, ensuring a good rest. The location is awesome, right in the city center and close to the metro station. The staff is amazing, allowing early check-in and late check-out. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are top-notch.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the comfortable rooms and the excellent location. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel was conveniently located near many main attractions, making it easy to get around and see all the sights.

the rooms lacked some basic amenities such as a hair dryer and a mini fridge, which would have been useful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Vienna and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also ideal, positioned just across the road from one of the main railway stations and pretty near the center of the city. It was convenient to access as it was midway between two metro stations. The staff provided exceptional service and the basic amenities were more than satisfactory. The room had a nice view overlooking the inner yard, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast, although with limited hot food options, was included and offered a great start to the day.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that are so cozy you won't want to leave. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay.

There was a lack of soap in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

Good location, close to attractions with nearby restaurants and shops. Paid parking available, convenient for pet owners. The room was nice and comfortable with a pleasant temperature. Surpassed expectations and would definitely return.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of juices, tea, cold and hot food to suit every taste. The waffle bar was a standout feature, allowing guests to make their own delicious waffles and top them with maple syrup. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating, even keeping our handmade chocolate from the nearby "Chocolate museum" in the kitchen's refrigerator to prevent it from melting. the breakfast and staff made for a great experience.

During my stay at Ibis, I encountered a small issue with the internet in my room. the staff promptly addressed the problem and even upgraded me to a new room with a working heater. I was really surprised to find that the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Ibis and would recommend it.
